By purchasing an item advertised on this website and/or subscribing to Berry Pop, you agree to our Terms and Conditions. Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time will become effective immediately. By continuing to use the website after changes constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those changed Terms and Conditions.
Prices of our products and services, delivery and other charges displayed on the Berry Pop website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice.
Berry Pop Bouquets and gifts – The vases, pots, boxes, containers and colours may vary from the original images displayed.
Orders will only be dispatched after full payment has been received. Without limiting the operation of the Terms and Conditions, Berry Pop is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order, product or service.
No exchange or refund will be accepted if you change your mind. If however you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact Berry Pop.
Berry Pop reserves the right

• cancel orders
at our discretion at any time.

Alcohol
All alcoholic products offered for sale by Berry Pop are NOT available to persons under the age of 18 years.
Delivery
Berry Pop products come with free gift wrapping and delivered to your destination via refrigerated couriers.
Delivery charges vary on destination. Once you specify the delivery address, Berry Pop will inform you of delivery charges.
All orders need to be placed by midday for next day pick up/delivery.
Large orders require a minimum 7 days notification.
When you place an order with us, it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address. Should you provide us with the wrong address and the delivery was undertaken, additional delivery charges will be incurred for delivery to the correct address.
Berry Pop will advise you of an estimated time for delivery. All efforts to deliver by the requested time are made, however specified times are estimates only.
If for some reason the order does not arrive, it will remain the customers responsibility to inform Berry Pop. We will make necessary inquiries with the courier company and advise you of the result. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
Berry Pop cannot accept liability for any loss or damage arising from it’s products becoming lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
It is in our interest that our products arrive safely to the delivery address. It is the customers responsibility to provide accurate address details, including any other special delivery instructions. Please specify any special instructions including; when we are required to deliver to a residential address, in the adsence of someone being able to accept the delivery (specify safe location to leave) or where delivery is required at a business address, please specify deliverable business hours.
Products will be returned to Berry Pop where
• The incorrect delivery address is supplies,
• No one is available to accept our product and there is no safe place to leave our product.
Berry Pop will contact you to re-deliver. Re-delivery will incur an additional fee.
Without limiting the operation of the Terms and Conditions, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
